After you apply to HRM for any positions, as your qualifications match with the criterias of the position, you are invited to our Office by our consultants for interview. During this duration, you are given as detailed information as possible. If you believe that position is am alternative to meet your expectations according to the information you gather, your approval is shared with the company. HRM organises a meeting with the demanded candidates by the company after their assesments. After that step in which the candidate and the company meet for the first time, the process evolves on the path of the company's negative or positive response. Depending on the position, second or third meetings are again organised by HRM. In case of a negative result, the candidate is informed by our company and kept in our candidate data base for further job opportunities.
